Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your Greenside Attire purchase. If you change your mind, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Change of mind returns

Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us that you wish to cancel. Items should be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with any original tags attached.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item where the return is due to a change of mind.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.

Where a customer exercises their statutory cancellation right, we will refund the standard delivery charge paid for the original order. Any additional cost paid for an upgraded delivery service will not be refunded.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs where appropriate. We will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or item, please return the original item in accordance with our returns policy and place a new order.
